Expertech are hiring a Technical Business Analyst with strong Azure cloud experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. We are looking for someone to join our team, where you’ll help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, enabling successful cloud-based transformations.
The Role:

As a Technical Business Analyst - Azure Cloud , you will play a critical role in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, particularly for cloud-based projects. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud initiatives. Your ability to engage with diverse teams and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Technical Liaison: Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating these into clear technical specifications for cloud-based solutions.
• Cloud Solutions Expertise: Assist in defining and refining cloud strategies, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals. Provide insights on Azure cloud platform and their capabilities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop detailed documentation, including requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide cloud implementation teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business users.
• Solution Design Support: Collaborate with PM, architects, developers, and cloud engineers to support the design and implementation of cloud solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Change Management: Support change management activities, ensuring that cloud-based solutions are adopted smoothly and stakeholders are trained and informed.
• Agile Methodologies: Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring user stories are well-defined and aligned with business priorities.

Skills needed:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Azure cloud-based technologies and Azure Native apps
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud-native applications, and the technical components that make up cloud solutions (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Engagement Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analytical Thinking: A keen ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear business processes and user-friendly documentation.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in agile environments, creating and refining user stories, and engaging in sprint cycles.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
