Description:

Our client, a leader in the insurance space is seeking to fill a team administrator position. Your role will involve processing of New Business applications and other ad hoc admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering New Business applications during the proposal/underwriting stage for Direct Products.
  • Coordinating with Underwriters and Direct Sales agents.
  • Addressing internal and customer queries in writing and via phone.
  • Ensuring compliance with service standards and quality objectives.
  • Liaising with external parties, including medical professionals and internal departments, for additional information.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant administration experience within Insurance.
  • A natural customer focused mind-set.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communications skills.
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and desire to succeed.
