Our client, a leader in the insurance space is seeking to fill a team administrator position. Your role will involve processing of New Business applications and other ad hoc admin duties.Key Responsibilities:
- Administering New Business applications during the proposal/underwriting stage for Direct Products.
- Coordinating with Underwriters and Direct Sales agents.
- Addressing internal and customer queries in writing and via phone.
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and quality objectives.
- Liaising with external parties, including medical professionals and internal departments, for additional information.
- Relevant administration experience within Insurance.
- A natural customer focused mind-set.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and communications skills.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and desire to succeed.
