About your new role
This HRBP position will see you partner with senior management and department heads to understand the business's strategic goals and objectives. Align People & Organisation strategies and initiatives with these objectives to ensure the workforce effectively contributes to the organisation's success. Your key responsibilities will include;
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver people outcomes across the employee lifecycle and support constructive employee relations.
  • Managing complex investigations
  • Advise on people strategy, including talent opportunities, succession planning, recruitment, and workforce upskilling.
  • Support business transformations, including organisation design and minimising negative impacts such as industrial relations claims.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure people matters are handled promptly, fairly, and in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and capability investigations efficiently and in line with policies.
  • Undertake industrial negotiations, including EBA discussions and management of industrial activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries within the business unit.
  • Drive organisational performance through strategic HR initiatives and global projects.
  • Support line managers with performance management, employee relations, resourcing, and staff development.
About you!

To be successful in this position you will possess the following
  • Experience in a similar HRBP role, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Industry experience supporting diverse employee groups (white- and blue-collar workforce) is advantageous.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training and development programs.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR and industry legislation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the balance between local and corporate requirements.
