Join this Fast growing SAAS Business as a Product Manager!Support the creation and maintenance of the Product Roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision and growth opportunities.
- Product Development: Work with our Product Team consisting of Product Management, Technical Product Analytics & UX.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and clinical stakeholders, to define and support prioritisation of product requirements and features.
- Market research: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights, ensuring our product remains at the forefront of the industry
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Validation and Feasibility: Lead validation activities against Product requirements and/or features you are leading, to assess feasibility, relevance and effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and service launches, working with customer-facing functions to drive continual improvement regularly reporting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively to achieve service delivery excellence.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Deal with everyone in a friendly, cooperative and effective manner by lending support and providing advice and assistance where required.
- This role requires frequent communication across time-zones so flexible working is available.
You -
- Proven experience in a product management, business analysis or product analysis field ideally in the healthcare sector or other B2B industries.
- 3+ years experience in a digital product industry.
- Excellent communication and management skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make date-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies required.
- Strong understanding of digital health solutions, ideally those centred on patient care in secondary or tertiary hospital setting.
- Exposure to and/or a solid understanding of low/no code development.
- Proven track record of problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to manage risk.
- Strong networking skills internally and externally.
- Innovative and strategic thinking skills and ability to advise others.
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of data analysis tooling, such as SQL or Databricks would be highly regarded.
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant field.
