Role Overview:
As an Executive Personal Assistant , you will provide high-level, confidential administrative support across the organisation’s core departments—Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, and more. You will be supporting Directors and Vice Presidents at a senior level within a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
This is an in-country, on-site position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly confidential administrative tasks
- Manage complex diaries and calendars
- Organise international travel, visa processing, and expense reconciliation
- Draft, edit, and manage confidential communications
- Compile data, reports, and presentations for executive leadership
- Provide general office management and administrative support
- Support internal communication and coordination across departments
- Assist with traditional EA responsibilities (e.g., hospitality, meeting prep)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-level PA or EA role
- Demonstrated 18 months minimum tenure in each previous role – career stability is essential
- Experience in large, matrixed corporate environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and discretion
- Typing speed of 40+ wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Permanent employment background preferred – temp experience not suitable
- Family/spouse relocation is not included as part of this assignment
- Tax-free salary + over-base allowance + bonus + repatriation package (paid in USD)
