Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance requirements.
- Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and tailored accounting solutions.
- Assist in business development activities, identifying growth opportunities.
- Deliver training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their career development.
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
- Ideally 6+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
- Professional, confident and driven personality
- A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
