About the Role (Catering Assistant)
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll support daily bistro and bar operations while ensuring the kitchen and service areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. This hands-on position will have you assisting with meal prep, food service, and maintaining safety protocols in the kitchen.

About the Role (Day & Night Chefs)
As a Day/Night Chef, you’ll manage kitchen operations, preparing and cooking high-quality meals for the camp’s residents and employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen efficiency, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring all health and safety standards are followed.

For Catering Assistants :
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Prior experience in kitchen or food service environments (preferred, but not essential)
- Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a small team, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house service
- Flexibility to assist across different duties, including food prep and service
For Chefs :
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals
- Ability to manage kitchen operations during both day and night shifts
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality
- Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents
Location and Details:
Location and Point of Hire : Cabramurra, NSW
️ Roster : 7 days on-site, 7 days off-site OR 4 days on-site, 3 days off-site
⏰ Shifts : 10–12-hour shifts
⏳ Start Date : April 2025
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in remote service environments (preferable but not essential)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)
- Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
- Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
