About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Programs, Community and Delivery Manager to drive engagement, revenue, and the successful execution of partnerships, programs, and events within ACS Innovation Labs. This is a key role that requires cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and a results-driven approach to program delivery and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
- Design and deliver high-value programs and events that support entrepreneurs and the innovation ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and legal policies.
- Lead and mentor the Community and Programs Officer to create a high-performing, engaged team.
- Build strong relationships with corporate, government, and industry stakeholders to enhance ACS Innovation Labs’ reputation and influence.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements to optimise efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain WHS standards and ensure a safe environment for team members and event attendees.
About You
You have a passion for innovation, a proven track record in program delivery and partnerships, and the ability to create meaningful engagement within the startup ecosystem. You’ll be a natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development, ideally in the tech or startup sector.
- Strong event and program management expertise, with a focus on execution and impact.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, from corporate sponsors to entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and financial processes in a corporate or not-for-profit environment.
