Exciting New Opportunity! Groundskeeper – Eureka’s Latest All-Ages Rental Community

Eureka Villages, an ASX-listed company, is expanding! We are thrilled to introduce our latest acquisition—an all-ages rental community—and we’re looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team in Kin Kora, QLD.

As a leader in independent living, Eureka owns and manages a rapidly growing portfolio of accommodation villages across Australia. With a highly experienced board and leadership team, we are executing an ambitious growth strategy to solidify our position as one of Australia’s premier operators in the sector.

This is an exciting brand-new opportunity to be part of something special. In this role, you’ll take pride in maintaining the grounds and facilities of our newest community, ensuring a welcoming and well-kept environment for all residents.

About You:

We are looking for a caring, resident-focused Groundskeeper with experience in gardening, landscaping, and general handyperson tasks. If you enjoy working in a community-focused environment and making a positive impact on residents’ daily lives, we’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking someone with following characteristics:

  • A strong and reliable work ethic;
  • Previous experience in general maintenance/ handyman/cleaning/gardening tasks;
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements in regard to all grounds and maintenance work performed and ability to perform physical work in a safe manner;
  • Ability to build relationships with residents, internal staff and external contractors;
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
