About the position
Based in Ipswich, we are looking for a detail orientated individual to join our dedicated client services team. This role will hold responsibility for supporting client intake and quoting functions for the organisation. Bringing a high level of administrative and customer service skills to the team, this role ensures that enquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner and all relevant paperwork to accompany the intake and quoting processes is obtained, up to date, accurate and accessible.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Responding to initial client intake inquiries (including phone, email, in-person enquiries)
- Liaising with clients to gather data and information to support new intakes
- Triaging client intake enquiries to the relevant Client Services Facilitator
- Provide administrative support to facilitate the intake process
- Preparing quotes for new client intakes and existing clients and following up on any outstanding quotes
- Follow up communication with clients, families and carers as needed
- Conducting any remedial work as needed to ensure service agreements are maintained and up to date
- Willingness to perform any other duties as reasonably directed to meet business objectives
- Perform duties in line with Focal’s Standard Operating Procedures
About you

To be eligible for this role you would have at least 1 year experience in a client service role preferably in the NDIS space. In addition, the following skills are required:
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent administration skills and comfortable with using digital tools
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Blue Card & Yellow / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Card
- Completion NDIS E Learning Modules
- Strong work ethic and good reliability

This position is part-time (0.8 FTE) aligned with a Level 2 classification in the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award.
