About the role:
Level 1 IT Support at OzHarvest
Part time – 15.2 hours per week
Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for helping others? Do you want to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in Australia? OzHarvest is on the lookout for an energetic and tech-savvy Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our mission!
In this role, you’ll support our Technology Lead in keeping our IT and telecommunications systems running smoothly across the country. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our team can continue the amazing work we do to reduce food waste and nourish communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a positive and supportive team member, bringing the OzHarvest values to life
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecom issues
Document requests and solutions in our ticketing system
️ Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and assist with basic network troubleshooting
Help onboard new users and assist with software/hardware upgrades
⚙️ Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals
Assist with mobile and internet telecom issues
What We’re Looking For:
A valid driver’s licence and Police Check
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
Strong knowledge of IT systems (Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Cisco Phone System, PABX)
Experience with Salesforce and IT ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
