The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Repair Centre Manager to join and lead our team at Gemini Pinkenba. In this permanent full-time role, you’ll report directly to the State Area Manager and take ownership of the workshop. Your leadership will drive day-to-day operations and ensure the continued success of the centre.

Role responsibilities
Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
- Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
