Talent Results , in partnership with the Gracewell Group , is working with councils across South East Queensland and the Darling Downs to build our casual pool of outdoor and open space workers .
Whether you're mowing parks, repairing footpaths, or swinging from a tree (safely, of course) – we want to hear from you.
We’re seeking expressions of interest from:

• Civil Labourers – General labouring, stormwater/drainage, road maintenance, footpaths, and more
• Horticulture Workers – Garden beds, ride-ons, brush cutters, irrigation, and parks upkeep
• Arborists – Tree maintenance, removals, pruning, and climbing (tickets essential)

You’ll enjoy this type of work if you:

• Like being outdoors and hands-on
• Have a good work ethic and don’t mind early starts
• Can work well in a team and follow instructions
• Take pride in looking after public spaces

Certificates & Licences – Highly Desirable:

• White Card
• MR/HR licence
• Chainsaw ticket or AQF Certificate (for arborist roles)
• Certificate qualification - highly desirable but not essential
• Traffic Control (TMI) or WZTM tickets - highly desirable but not essential
• First Aid / CPR
• Working at Heights / EWP
