Position
With the firm experiencing continued growth, this position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and collaborating closely with Directors and Senior Management across teams.
Responsibilities include
- Acting as a primary contact for a high-quality client base, supporting Directors with daily tasks, and ensuring an outstanding level of client care.
- Providing advanced administrative support to both internal teams and valued clients.
- Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance.
- Coordinating daily communications and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
- Handling a variety of admin duties—from document management to detailed report preparation and precise spreadsheet maintenance.
- Maintaining and updating the client database, serving as the main custodian for accurate records.
- Championing continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to streamline workflows.
- Assisting with projects and events as directed by Operations, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Collaborating across teams, nurturing a positive, supportive work culture.
- Proactively updating managers on capacity and workflow to foster transparency and productivity.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in Client Services or Administration within a public practice accounting firm, along with:

- A sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
