Join an well established, National Allied Health organisation passionate about providing excellent support and work flexibility to it's clinicians!They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their growing team near Wavell Heights in Brisbane!

- Salaries starting from $78,000 - $89,000 including Super + Benefits
- Paediatric caseload 80% based in Clinic, 20% in the community
- $3000 PD allowance + 1:1 supervision + group supervision

- Optional weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision
- Operational "supervision" touch base with management each fortnight to get support of company processes or admin
- Weekly group supervision to discuss complex cases

- Flexible working hours, option to work a 9 day fortnight
- Monthly RDO
- Manageable billable hours - gradual increase to 22.4 for the first 6 months
- Structured onboarding process with a gradual increase of caseload

- Access $3000 PD Allowance per year
- Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision with an experienced Senior SP
- Weekly Group supervision to discuss complex cases with your peers
- Fortnightly "operational supervision" to get support on processes or any other operations related needs
- Monthly RDO
- Flexible working hours (start and finish times)
Depending on your level of experience, you will have a billable target of 22.4 - 25 per week, where you will see 4-5 clients a day. You will support paediatric participants (ages 3-18years) presenting with neurodiverse and physical conditions needing support with learning difficulties, executive functioning, fine motor and gross motor skills, emotional and behavioural regulation, feeding and mealtimes, play and social skills and sleep.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
