Description:

We are seeking a VR GP for a dedicated Medicinal Cannabis Clinic located in South Brisbane, 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
About the Clinic:

• The clinic provides privately billed Medicinal Cannabis consultations.
• large existing patient base and a rapidly growing appointment schedule
• On-site Pharmacists and multiple support staff.
• The ever-growing patient demand is at its highest

The practice is very strict; recreational drug users will not be tolerated. All patients must have had a chronic condition for more than three months and have tried conventional treatments without success. All patients require a referral from their regular GP and a health summary.
Offer:

• Part-time opportunities are available with the option to increase
• Gross billings average between $500 and $600 per hour; all consultations are privately billed
• Each doctor works flexible hours and is fully booked.
• 75% of the billings or $180 per hour, whichever is higher

Onboarding will include access to training and assistance with becoming an Authorised Prescriber (AP) with the TGA. This process takes two to three months. There are also opportunities to sit in sessions with Authorised Prescribers and to be mentored to build experience and confidence.
Requirements:

• Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM or equivalent)
• This is a non-DPA location
• Long term commitment
• Doctors who are already Authorised Prescribers are also encouraged to apply.
• No Telehealth appointments are available. This is a face-to-face role.
