The Company
This dynamic Brisbane based custom builder is well established and financially secure. As a market leader with continued growth they now have a need for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team.
The Role
Your role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates including take-offs, purchase orders, full bill of quantities, and complex site costs. Managing tenders and variations, ensuring pricing aligns with project specifications. Sourcing and negotiating the best prices for materials and service and identifying risks and providing proactive solutions.
The Requirements
You will have trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, previous experience in estimating and Databuild, a consistent work history as well as an excellent understanding of the full construction life-cycle. You will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the residential construction market and building industry standards and processes.
