About the Role
Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experienced Technician to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a thriving business while advancing their career.
Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for independently servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of access equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Duties:
  • Service, repair and diagnose access equipment
  • Liaise with customers to determine and propose alternative solutions to customers
  • Complete and submit reports, proposals and for each job
  • Ensure a smooth effective day-to-day operation of the business.
  • Create positive relationships between clients, suppliers and employees.
  • Ensure all guidelines are being met in relation to the maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure a safe workplace is maintained
  • All OHS incidents are documented and reported.

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum three years' experience as a Technician
  • Extensive knowledge of access equipment
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to propose alternative solutions to customers and sell them on the benefits.
  • High-level communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to details, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
