Our well known Landscaping client is seeking to grow the team.We are looking for Qualified Landscaping Foremans!
We have multiple contracts, across sites on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys creating beautiful outdoor spaces. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage projects and teams, we want to hear from you!
To be successful in the role;
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Coordinating tasks for the day and assigning them to the appropriate team members
- Ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Inspecting the quality of work done by the crew, identifying any issues, and implementing necessary corrections
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders, including clients and upper management
- Maintaining construction equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order
- Managing construction project budgets and purchasing materials as needed
- Training and mentoring junior construction staff
- Resolving any on-site issues or disputes between workers
- Landscape construction and or Horticulture
- White Card and recent reference
- Reliable Transport and PPE
- Up too date CV
- Proven experience
- Perm position
- Hourly rate of $40p/h + OT
- Work vehicle and all tools
