The ideal candidate will have prior conveyancing experience and solid knowledge in the field. You could have worked previously as a Conveyancer or as a Paralegal or Administration Assistant, which saw you working directly in a conveyancing department.
This role is temporary in nature with the potential to be long term, but there are no guarantees that it will become permanent.
Your new role will likely see you involved in the following:
- A-Z file handling for residential and commercial clients from start to finish;
- Attending to queries, both incoming and outgoing, for clients, real estate agents, banks, brokers and other solicitors;
- Ordering and compiling checking searches;
- Preparing settlement figures and booking in settlements;
- Compiling Title Office forms and ensuring adherence to all procedures; and
- Any other ad hoc tasks related to your role and skills.
