The Role – Make a Real Impact from Day One

Reporting to the Group WH&S Manager, you’ll play a key role in systems administration, data analysis, and creating engaging presentations for both customers and internal teams. This is your opportunity to build real-world experience while supporting the safety, risk, and compliance team across 2,000+ employees and 60+ depots and branches nationwide.
  • Manage WH&S systems & databases , ensuring accurate records and reporting
  • Analyse safety data to identify trends, risks & opportunities for improvement
  • Design compelling reports & presentations for internal teams & external clients
  • Support audits, incident investigations & compliance reviews with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with safety pros & operational leaders to enhance workplace safety
What you’ll bring?

You’re eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. Whether you're wrapping up a Health & Safety degree or just starting out, you bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for workplace safety. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with teams to create a safer, smarter workplace. Your strong skills in navigating new systems and prowess in Microsoft Suite will be advantageous.

Career Pathway: This role is a steppingstone to roles like Safety & Health Advisor, Risk & Compliance Officer, or Health & Injury Management Coordinator.
