What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, your role will encompass:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with a positive and professional attitude—both over the phone and in person.
- Coordinating service appointments and addressing customer needs efficiently.
- Providing essential administrative support , including preparing repair orders, updating customer records, and managing general paperwork.
- Maintaining a polished, professional front desk , ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers and visitors.
- Supporting the Service department , ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with customer transport coordination as needed and ensuring timely service delivery.

- Strong communication skills —you're approachable, clear, and professional in person and over the phone.

- Previous experience in reception or customer service (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
- A valid driver’s license (a manual licence is a plus).
