What you'll do:
- Act as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service through regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Accurately input and update data into CRM and LMS systems, ensuring information is always current and precise.
- Handle a high volume of transactions and client/broker requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively address client/broker concerns, offering solutions that align with company policies and client/broker needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and updates to clients/brokers.
- Assist with managing schedules, deadlines, and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Assist with daily collections administration tasks and record keeping.
- Process and manage client payment changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the finance team on payment processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of collections activities, client communications, and payment agreements.
- Implement and support collections strategies to enhance recovery rates while maintaining positive client relationships.
