About the role
We are currently seeking a customer service enthusiast to join our retail team! This position is part time with flexible hours on offer to the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for:
- customer service
- promoting sales including souvenir photos
- assisting with merchandising displays
- Providing service in the cafe, including barista skills.
You will be provided training in cafe sales (minimal food preparation involved) and barista training.
Your roster will include public holiday and weekend work.
Skyrail promotes cross-training across other areas of our operations as well as the opportunity to become part of our heights program.
Skills and experience

- An eye for detail and presentation standards
- A proactive, supportive and positive team player
- A drivers license, your own transport and willingness to travel on Skyrail
- Previous experience in cafe/ barista skills will be highly regarded.
