What you’ll do:
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive Success: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
- Customer Focus: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
- Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
- Implement & Adhere to Policies: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.

- Retail expertise: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
