The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar, TAB, Gaming, and Reception Customer Service Team Members to join our team on a casual basis. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have the ability to multitask, and demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude, along with a flexible approach to work.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated and experienced individual eager to work in a fast-paced, progressive club. You will:
- Be able to manage the high volume of work that comes with the hospitality industry.
- Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Be driven, show initiative, and work autonomously when needed.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate accuracy in money handling and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Be reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure while staying calm and positive.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Hold current RSA, RSG, and Safe Food Handling certificates (mandatory).
- Have a current Class ‘C’ Driver’s License and Police Check.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in our Gaming, TAB, Keno, Bar, and Reception areas.
- Understand and adhere to RSA, RSG, and Liquor Act requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented venue.
- Follow club standards, procedures, and processes for gaming and bar operations.
- Keep updated on food, beverage, and promotional offers.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or service industry (minimum).
