We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our doctor recruitment and talent acquisition efforts within our growing healthcare business. The role will be based at our Brisbane City office, and we are open to either a part-time or full-time position.

About You
You're an experienced Administration Assistant, Office Support or Compliance Officer with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Positive relationship management and ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Key Focus
- Oversee the collection, storage, and management of documentation for our medical workforce.
- Assist the Medical Recruitment Specialist with doctor rostering
- Maintain and track the compliance records of all contracted PEHA doctors and professionals, ensuring that necessary documents are up-to-date.
- Collaborate and liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth placement operations.
- Complete doctor reporting, including utilisation and compliance
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for doctors working across various locations in Australia.
- Supporting PEHA operations
Desirable
- Previous experience in a health-based recruiting team is desirable.
