As a Learning Capability Specialist, you’ll design and deliver innovative learning experiences that empower Goodstart employees to grow and thrive. You’ll bring to the table:
• A formal tertiary qualification in learning, organisational development, or psychology, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and organisational development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership and capability programs, as well as developing and facilitating multi-modal learning solutions across all leadership levels
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and human-centred design principles
• Exceptional project management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
