The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Stapylton team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and delivering electrical infrastructure projects
- Assist with safety and environmental compliance, ensuring projects align with regulatory standards
- Help manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and cost tracking
- Conduct risk assessments, quality inspections, and safety audits
- Maintain project documentation and assist site teams in implementing best practices
- Participate in tendering processes, gathering vendor quotes and conducting follow-ups
- Engage in progress reporting and project financial tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical construction
- Familiarity with electrical standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Open Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
