What You’ll Do
As part of our operations team, you’ll assist with inventory, project coordination, supplier management, and administrative tasks that keep our hospital running smoothly. You'll also provide support to the Operations Manager and act as a secondary key point of contact for operational needs. No veterinary experience required—just a passion for operations, organisation, efficiency, and teamwork!
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations — jumping into inventory, supplier management, projects, policies, and WHS. You’ll keep things running smoothly and step up as the go-to backup for both the Inventory Coordinator and Operations Manager, keeping the wheels turning when it matters most. No vet experience needed — just a passion for Operations, efficiency and problem solving!
Your key responsibilities will include:
No veterinary experience? No worries! We’re looking for someone passionate about organisation, efficiency, and making things run like clockwork.
- Supporting operational projects, tracking milestones, and keeping us on schedule
- Assisting with inventory, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors
- Providing admin support to leadership and acting as a key contact for operational needs
- Helping maintain policy, compliance, and WHS processes
- Backing up the Inventory Coordinator during leave and supporting stock management
- Coordinating internal communications and external vendor relationships
You’re proactive, organised, and love being part of a team. Whether you’ve worked in operations , administration , or inventory management , or you’re ready to jump into something new — what matters most is your attention to detail , problem-solving skills , and a genuine desire to support the team behind the scenes.
