About the Role:
- Greet all customers and guests warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming calls and direct them professionally to the appropriate team members
- Manage customer waiting areas and ensure the front desk is always presented to a high standard
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Prepare and serve coffee/tea to customers— barista skills are a bonus!
- You’re friendly, well-spoken, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- You have a polished and professional presentation
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (automotive experience is a plus but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using phones, email and basic computer systems
