Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties- To act as Solicitor in criminal and other litigious matters on behalf of the State of Tasmania, its instrumentalities and Agencies before the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Tribunals.
- To assist in applications under the Crime (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1993.
- To provide advice to the Director as requested in relation to criminal matters.
- To provide policy advice to the Director in relation to legal reform and other matters.
Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister or Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
