Join our SCA Adelaide Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.
What does your day to day look like?
- Oversee revenue performance for the Adelaide Local team, including all SCA Radio, TV, and online assets, and ensure accurate forecasting and financial management.
- Lead and manage the Local Sales Managers and their teams, ensuring high performance through recruitment, training, performance management, and development.
- Develop and implement an Annual Business Plan with strategies to acquire new business and grow share from existing accounts, ensuring alignment with the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, monitor key performance indicators, and deliver coaching and development for the Sydney Local Sales Management team.
- Collaborate with Agency Sales Directors and National teams to maximize revenue and ensure transparent communication across sales teams and SCA assets.
- Maintain positive team morale, focus on achieving goals, ensure recognition, and contribute to recruitment efforts and talent development.
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record of the management of a media sales function
- Ability to build and maintain a high performing sales team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years customer focused background
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in a senior role in media
- Local and interstate market knowledge
