We are looking for a Dual Site Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our David Jones Rundle Mall Pads . - Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
- An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
