The Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will:

  • Support brokers with end-to-end loan processing, ensuring seamless client experiences from application through to settlement
  • Manage servicing calculators, financial documentation, and credit analysis, maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance
  • Work on complex lending scenarios, including SMSF, first home buyers, investment properties, and commercial finance with average deal sizes of $1.2M in residential and $4.5M in commercial
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional development within the team
  • Collaborate with brokers and lenders, ensuring smooth workflow and top-tier client outcomes

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced CSM with at least three years in mortgage broking or finance with a solid understanding of balance sheets, credit policies, and loan structures
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with strong knowledge of servicing calculators and loan application processes
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver who is comfortable handling client inquiries and lender discussions
  • A team player who is collaborative, proactive, and eager to support business growth
