Reach Truck Operators

Description:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Staff to join our team at San Remo, Australia's largest pasta producer.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for operating Crown Reach Trucks, preparing and loading goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
If you have a strong work ethic, great teamwork skills, and experience operating a Reach Truck or Forklift in a large warehouse setting, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Accurately preparing, picking and loading goods as required;
• Safe and efficient operation of a Crown Standing Reach Truck, including general care and maintenance;
• Ensuring quarantine area management through sorting, tidying and good housekeeping;
• Completing records in relation to warehouse tasks as required.

We conduct 5 and a half day x 24-hour operations, so you must be willing to perform shift work on a weekly rotation (Regular OT may be available).
We are currently looking for a 2 shift and 3 shift rotation, these are:
2 Shift Rotation:
Week 1: 7:30 am–4:15 pm
Week 2: 3:50 pm–12:00 pm (15% Loading Paid)
3 shift Rotation:
Week 1: 7:30 am–4:15 pm
Week 2: 3:50 pm–12:00 pm (15% Loading Paid)
Week 3: 11:50 pm - 8:00 am (20% Loading Paid)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Recent experience operating a Reach Truck in a large warehouse environment;
• Great work ethic and sense of teamwork;
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, preferably within the food or FMCG industry;
• A current High Risk Work License with an LF accreditation;
• Solid knowledge of warehouse documentation
• Experience with high level order picking (desirable)

You must be willing to work a rotational shift roster of either days and afternoons or days, afternoons and nights.
