About the role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist, 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, who aligns with our values and who is focused on providing high quality medical assessments in a professional manner to ensure lasting business relationships with our clients. Duties include blood and urine collection, drug and alcohol testing, biometrics including height, weight, vision, and blood pressure.
The position is in Parap, NT and you will be provided with a tailored training program being delivered by our Senior Nurse Leaders upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to perform consistent and quality medical assessments through your professional expertise.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in pathology collection.
  • Cert III or IV in Pathology Collection
  • Previous experience or accreditation in drug and alcohol testing (highly regarded)
  • Must have experience taking bloods with young infants
  • Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct
