Description:
- Perform routine inspections of fixed plant systems
- Identify and rectify defects to maintain operational efficiency
- Implement strategies to enhance the reliability of plant machinery
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department on project work
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Develop and maintain maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in continuous training and development programs
Requirements:
A successful Mechanical Reliability Engineer should have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources sector
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery and systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to workplace safety and sustainability practices
