As The Program Officer, You Will
- Be responsible for operational activities including program administration, finance and client services.
- Assist in the provision of advice and support on a range of program initiatives which may include information management, reporting and other administrative tasks.
The position requires an applicant who can:
- Coordinate and monitor contracts or agreements, correspondence and claims for payment, ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain relevant databases including coordinating the update of information, upholding mechanisms for reporting database system faults, and extracting information to meet reporting requirements of senior management.
- Negotiate, consult and resolve conflict with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with and provide information on Investment Division's training programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists in ensuring stakeholder and provider compliance with VET contractual arrangements and all reporting requirements are met.
- Operate computer and information systems, utilising a range of departmental software packages for the purposes of processing claims for payment, variations to contracts, document tracking, data recording and retrieval of information.
