The Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing structural projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to keep projects running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving challenges as they arise.
• Ensuring projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

The Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction.
• Strong communication & organizational skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
• Experience with structural projects is a plus, but not essential.
