Hays has partnered with an established commercial gardening company that has depots throughout Melbourne, and they are dedicated to maintaining vibrant open spaces, including parks and gardens. We are currently seeking a motivated Garden Maintenance Team Member to join their mowing crew.Your new role
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will support the mowing crew and help keep outdoor spaces looking their best. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscaping.Duties Include:
- Mowing and Trimming: Operate mowers and trimmers to maintain lawns and open areas.General Care: Assist with weeding, edging, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
- Debris Clearance: Remove leaves, litter, and debris to ensure clean and inviting spaces
- Equipment Maintenance: Help with the upkeep of tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in garden maintenance or landscaping is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of mowing and garden care is beneficial.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Full working rights in Australia
