This isn't a cold calling role, you'll be growing warm accounts that have done business with my client before, mapping their large clients and penetrating different areas of their organisations.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Account Management (100%): Maintain and enhance relationships with existing Key Accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Execution: Network, quote, follow up, and close deals effectively.
- System Management: Keep CRM and other systems updated with calls, notes, emails, and pipeline activities.
- Strong understanding of sales practices and the drive to excel in them.
- Experience managing senior-level contacts in Government, Defence, or large corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication skills—phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Proven ability to thrive independently and within a team.
- Solid time management in high-pressure, multi-priority environments.
- Technical acumen, with a strong interest in IT solutions and products from major brands like HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Cisco.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.
- A genuine “can do” attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with key accounts.
- Achieving activity and sales targets, including a minimum of 10 core customer conversations per day.
- Timely and professional communication—responding within 4 business hours.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and ERP systems.
