As part of our Recruit To Own (RTO) Program, you will receive the support, training, and mentorship needed to develop your allocated territory into a thriving recruitment business. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, you will be backed by an experienced corporate team who will provide you with the systems, tools, and ongoing support to build a successful recruitment business. Your sales efforts will be complemented by a team of recruitment experts who will source and place candidates for the jobs you bring in-allowing you to focus on what you do best: growing your business.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory.
- Conducting sales calls (both telephone and face-to-face) to build strong client relationships.
- Attending scheduled appointments and networking events to expand your reach.
- Participating in a structured business development training program that prepares you for franchise ownership.
- Collaborating with other Express offices to leverage shared knowledge and best practices.

- Significant experience in "boots on dirt" recruitment sales.
- A strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- The ability to manage and track activities in a CRM database.

- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and a talent for relationship-building.
