About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administration professional to join our growing team at Back To Sleep in Balwyn, Victoria. This full-time role will involve processing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our busy office. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong skills in data entry and general office administration, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, etc
- Maintaining and organising electronic and physical records
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a data entry or general administrative role
- Strong data entry and typing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
