Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our clikents team at San Remo, Australia's largest pasta producer.
As a key member of their payroll team, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Process end-to-end payroll, including accurate and timely maintenance of the Preceda payroll system
• Daily interrogation of time recording systems to ensure accurate attendance records
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in administration of WorkCover related files
• Provide accurate and timely support, advice, and reports as required
• Answer payroll queries from employees and managers
• Assist in the implementation of the new Payroll and HR System

Requirements:

• 1-5 years’ experience in a Payroll position
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to build sound relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise your day
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Access)
• Experience in using a payroll system, preferably Preceda or similar
• Great analytical skills and high level of accuracy
