A great opportunity for an experience Receptionist looking to take the next step in their career for this growing nationwide consultancy.Provide a great experience to visitors, field incoming queries and managing the smooth running of office operations.

- Standard office hours 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday;

- Greeting clients and handling phone calls;
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents;
- Manage meeting rooms and ordering catering;
- Drafting correspondence for the team;
- Data entry and maintaining records;
- Preparing client documentation as required;
- Booking travel arrangements as needed; and
- Managing stationery orders and inventory.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist in an office setting;
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- A quick learner who is eager to continue to build their corporate career; and
- A reliable team player with a proactive mindset.
