Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to maintenance personnel promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery and materials.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant technical certification or training is a plus.
