About the Role
We are on recruiting urgently for an experienced BDM (preferable with a SaaS industry background or passion for IT solutions) to join this existing sales team in Melbourne. The BDM plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation. Your experience will span across the full sales cycle to identify and capture new business opportunities within your dedicated territory.
Your Experience
- Previous BDM experience within a SaaS or related sales solutions.
- Experience with Challenge Sales Methodology is highly desirable, however commercial acumen is essential and willing to learn this and put into practice to fine tune your craft.
- Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritise tasks to accomplish objectives.
- You have excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.
- You are a self-starter, goal orientated and commercially savvy where you possess the ability to excel in both a team-based and autonomous environment.

- Base salary is $120-$140K + super + car allowance ($17500) + uncapped commission (200k-220k OTE) + more
