Senior Finance Business PartnerAbout the Role:

As a key Senior Finance Business Partner , you will report directly to the Head of Finance APAC and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Go-to-Market stakeholders . Your role will be critical in shaping the future of the business by providing strategic insights through forecasting, planning, and analysis across the Australia and Emerging Markets portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and forecasting activities across Australia and Emerging Markets, shaping key business decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business analytics, influencing key investment decisions and outcomes.
- Update and build financial models from scratch, including lifetime value, pricing, and strategic partner deals .
- Deliver impactful presentations for financial reviews to senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and analysis.
- Manage OpEx and Headcount activities, driving efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously improve processes to support scalable growth across the APAC region.
- Present complex financial analytics in a way that drives decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, offering innovative solutions and providing commercial insight into sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
Skills and Experience:
Partnering with senior business leaders. You'll have strong commercial acumen , excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Hyperion proficiency and experience in global finance (ideally in the software, high-tech, banking, consulting, or public accounting sectors) are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working with global finance teams to make a real impact.
