About the role:
The Digital Product Owner will play a key role in transformative growth in acquiring new customers through digital channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will define, scope, and deliver innovative campaigns, products, and customer experiences that drive customer and business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Digital Product Manager to shape and execute the digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment with ambitious sales targets and growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive digital sales growth by optimizing conversion rates, enhancing customer experiences, and expanding cross-sell/upsell opportunities

Own and prioritize the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer need

Oversee Product Development a, ensuring initiatives are executed: on-time and to-budget, and meet key performance targets.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital sales initiatives with broader strategic goals.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, improve efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
What will you bring?
-
3+ years of experience in Digital Product Ownership , with a proven track record of –enhancing digital experiences to drive customer and business outcomes, including contributing to the development and execution of long-term roadmaps.

Preferred experience in digital sales with a demonstrated ability to achieve acquisition growth through digital channels.

Strong understanding of cost analysis, ROI, and connecting digital initiatives with business outcomes.

Skilled in guiding cross-functional squads with clear direction, context, and prioritization.

Strategic and innovative thinker, capable of developing long-term visions and applying new ideas to solve complex problems and drive growth.

Customer-focused, with a commitment to enhancing experiences and meeting customer needs through web and app platforms.

Adept at building collaborative partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced, agile environments.
